Workshop: Managing Yourself

This session will be an interactive workshop that will be split into 2 parts:

1. Auditing yourself and your career: how to do a self-assessment on what skills you have, what type of role you want to have, and what skills you need to develop to get there

2. Branding yourself professionally: how to create a professional brand and market yourself

Oftentimes, a new role signifies a promise of a new future but how often do you take the time to plan out that role to prepare you for your next one? This workshop provide ideas to help you position yourself for your next role. It will also teach you how to recognize and articulate your transferable skills.
