In the past two decades, Wanhua continuously focuses on safety improvement and technology innovations. Particularly from 2017, Wanhua has been promoting safety as the company's core management theme, with the aim of developing a comprehensive process safety competence system. This article addresses the history of company safety culture with several unique cases/practices, and how safety culture drives the improvement of process safety competences in Wanhua Chemical Group.
