In addition to the focus on Committed Culture, the Vision 20/20 model looks at 4 additional industry tenets which describe the behaviors and practices associated with Process Safety excellence. This session will focus on the steps taken, programs implemented, best practices, and success stories associated with the industry tenet: Intentional Competency Development. Intentional Competency Development ensures that all employees who impact process safety are fully capable of meeting the technical and behavioral requirements for their jobs.
