Unconventional crudes being produced in the United States, such as shale oil, yield significantly more naphtha than conventional imported crude blends. As a result, refiners need solutions for processing naphtha to profit from these local feedstocks. This paper will discuss a broad range of options for increased naphtha processing with reforming and isomerization technologies.
