Gulf countries have abundant resources of oil and gas, 25% of the world oil reserves and low cost of production, and with the availability of cash and stable political regimes, the region was supposed to see $300 Billion in civil, oil, gas petrochemicals and renewables projects including major revamps. However, we will discuss the effect of the sharp decrease in the oil prices on infrastructure, mega projects and revamps in the region.
