397549 Research on Security Access Model of Enterprises in Petrochemical Ports

With the vigorous development of China's port undertakings, port security has initiated more and more attention. Port security planning currently in the country is still in its infancy, is a relatively new area of research. Reasonably harbor safety planning can decrease the risk and improve the overall safety level in the early planning, which has a very important significance for port planning. This article focused on research conducted for the ports enterprise access, first elaborated the principle of access to the harbor and the main process steps; second models and calculation methods for quantitative risk assessment has been described; the current quantitative calculation didn’t consider  personnel vulnerability, so improved algorithm is proposed; according to the characteristics of harbor this article selected the 12 secondary indicators and 30 third indicators from three aspects which constructed qualitative evaluation index system, and made interpretation of selection of indicators; thirdly this paper established a comprehensive index of qualitative evaluation model, using AHP to determine the weight, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation determining access and sort of candidate based on TOPSIS method.
