TEN COMMANDMENTS OF PROCESS SAFETY

 

  1. Thou shall honor thy container
  2. Thou shall always maintain a sense of vulnerability
  3. Thou shall eliminate normalizations of deviation
  4. Thou shall know thy chemistry better than others
  5. Thou shall educate, train and drill all employees
  6. Thou shall provide a strong risk based safety culture
  7. Thou shall reward those who exemplify safety
  8. Thou shall not tolerate omissions in documentation
  9. Thou shall not manage from behind thy desk

10. Thou shall not violate rules
