The use of Leading Indicators has been recognized as an effective tool to drive process safety performance improvement. This session of the CCPS Symposium is seeking papers which detail the process used and decisions taken to develop and implement the use of Process Safety Leading Indicators within the company. Topics could include what criteria were used and how they were selected, differences between facility-level implementation and company-wide implementation, what barriers to success were encountered and how they were overcome, and what benefits have been demonstrated through the use of leading indicators. CCPS is soliciting papers from industry leaders to help others by sharing your journey/lessons.
