76 Enterprise Risk Assessment / Management

Tuesday, April 1, 2014: 1:30 PM
Grand Ballroom A (Hilton New Orleans Riverside)
Description:
Companies that manage risk well, manage their business well. Whereas prioritizing risk from a single process or site can be accomplished relatively easily; prioritizing it in context of a larger organization with different business, technologies, and operating regions is much more complex. This session invites original papers describing how organizations manage the comprehensive risk from various separate parts to ensure success and survivability of the organization as a whole. Examples of subjects for consideration include risk scaling and proportioning, cross business/region comparisons and prioritizing risk, and good or bad case history.
