This presentation covers a process used to determine common themes from the analysis of all Process Safety Events from a company's global manufacturing operations across 50 sites.  The process covers identification of all Process Safety events, selection criteria for those to be analysed in greater detail, identification of opportunities where additional drill down is likely to add value, performing the drill down analysis, identification of common themes and development of corrective actions.  The author will contribute examples from his personal experience in similar past analyses.
