Description:
The significant role of safety culture in major process safety accidents has been increasingly clear to investigators in the recent past. This session seeks papers that cover new approaches to get a deep insight of process safety culture by means of a sound design, preparation, performance and processing of assessments. Or new methodologies to improve process safety, or case histories where actual improvement has been demonstrated.
