This session co-hosted by the Process Development Division and the Young Professional Committee will address topics of interest to Young Professionals (<10 yrs experience) and all others with interest in career choices in Process Development. This session can focus on the following topics: (1) Technical vs. management career path (2) Working on advanced degrees while working (3) Breadth and depth: maintaining a core skill set to anticipate future career opportunity. (4) Continuing professional growth (5) Process Development: a differentiating skill for industry. (6)What information is desired or needed for career decision making, from the YP perspective? (7) Others?
