Reliability Management Framework

The presentation will share an overview of the Reliability Management Framework (RMF) utilized by Shell Manufacturing sites to drive reliable operation.  The RMF is intended to provide the framework of reliability elements that must be consistent and managed at each of Shell’s Manufacturing sites.  The RMF consists of the 16 most influential elements – many are core work processes, some are organizational behaviors, and a few are specific activities.  Each of these elements is important on its own in driving site reliability, yet how these elements interface is also very important.
