INTALOX ULTRA packing is a new generation random packing that offers higher efficiency and/or capacity compared to earlier generation random packing families.  Depending on the application, the user can opt for higher capacity without a loss of efficiency, or higher efficiency without a loss of capacity. INTALOX ULTRA random packing is currently used in several hundred applications, and this presentation provides case studies from several of those applications.  In addition, data from F.R.I. testing of two sizes from the INTALOX ULTRA random packing family will be presented.
