Managing a Process Development Career in Industry

A successful career in process development often requires a unique mix of skills and competencies for the engineer.  While there is no simple formula for success, there are skill sets which can be leveraged heavily in building one’s career. In this talk, Dr. Hollar will review his experiences during 25 years of industrial process development with a focus on those factors/learnings that were valuable in growing his skills in improving and developing processes.  Examples of these factors will be presented.
