MOC is a large and complex business process. Striving for optimum performance requires that we consider the correctness and completeness of MOC tasks (including performing a task, reviews, approvals, notifications), participants, and documentation. And, monitoring MOC performance via relevant metrics assures us that the process is working. Papers are sought that deal with any aspect, tasks or techniques of MOC process improvement.
