Through personal experience with projects ranging from minor debottlenecks to major grassroots petrochemical projects executed globally, Todd will share the importance of project development integrating product slate, process flowsheet, Licensor selection, partnering, option development, and techno-economic evaluation.  Coupled with the initial selection of the overall project scope, Todd will discuss the importance of building a winning organization comprised of a delicately balanced blend of experience with strong local membership.  Todd will use numerous real life examples highlighting both successful applications as well as major learning experiences to display the complexity involved to bring a mega-project from concept to commercial success.
