Description:
This session, presented by invited policy experts and nationally recognized legal practitioners, will provide the current status of greenhouse gas legislation, regulation and litigation, including the latest developments from the U.S. Congress, most recent EPA Clean Air Act greenhouse gas rulemaking status as well as developments regarding EPA's use of Clean Water Act authority to address climate change. Finally, this panel will address the latest developments in climate change litigation which have recently targeted direct and indirect greenhouse gas emission sources. This session will be of particular interest to those interested in compliance and strategic project planning necessitated by these developments.
