Description:
Simulation tools are utilized in pre-project engineering and design to better understand the process and requirements for meeting both construction and operating objectives. In addition, simulation tools can also be used with automation systems to train operators on a frequent basis for non-frequent events like start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations. The objective of this session is not to delve into the simulation tools themselves, but rather share success stories how the tools are being applied to pre or post-project activity. Please submit an abstract for consideration.
