Special session reinforcing the overall theme of the 2010 GCPS: Learning from the Past to Improve the Future. This session will contain presentations on how this theme is applicable both on an organizational level with lessons learned though past incidents and on an individual level through the transfer of experience from experienced process safety engineers to those new to the field.
