This workshop session will focus on implementation of, and compliance with, the EPA's Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. This session will be facilitated by experienced environmental counsel partnering with expert environment consultants in working through application of Subpart X to ethylene producer plant scenarios. After this session, participants should be able to audit their GHG Monitoring Plans and ensure compliance of implementation measures in preparation for the first GHG Annual Report deadline on March 31, 2010.
