Downhole and Injection Flow Thermodynamics and Transport Processes in Oil & Gas Production

Thursday, March 25, 2010: 8:30 AM
Independence (Grand Hyatt San Antonio)

Description:
This session deals with thermodynamic and transport problems associated with downhole and near-well conditions in oil & gas production wells and injection wells. Experimental and computational contributions in areas including, but not limited to, scale deposition/treatment, sand control, multiphase flow, wormhole modeling and skin modeling are encouraged.
