  • Quantitative Risk Assessment is a powerful tool to identify the hazards and assess the risks in order to provide guidance since from the design phase on prevention and recovery measures to be adopted. The PHERA (Process Hazardous Equipment Risk Assessment) software is a non-commercial tool that contains a straightforward procedure for the calculation of individual and societal risk, in the framework of quantitative risk analysis for upstream installations.
