Environmental Law and Regulation 101

This presentation will provide a summary of each of the primary environmental regulatory programs, including air, water, waste and emergency planning. These programs are also known by their statutory names, the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA). At the end of this presentation, the attendee should have a basic understanding of the scope, intent and requirements of each of these regulatory programs.
