Two special sessions are scheduled to explore the status of productivity in industrial biotechnology applications. Within these sessions, a discussion covering sector metrics will be available. This sector will undoubtedly be an increasing key player in multiple applications of industry due to market forces on energy prices. Key to its acceptance and marketability of products is the driver to provide attractive manufacturing economics to the investor, supplier, and ultimately the consumer. These sessions will explore the impact of recent biotechnology advances with respect to a cost/benefit analysis of productivity that INVOLVE SEVERAL ASPECTS OF SUSTAINABILITY.
