#204 - Particle Adhesion to Surfaces (TWA11)
Particle adhesion to surfaces is of high interest in a wide range of commercial and societal applications. This session includes solid particles, liquid droplets and gas bubbles at length scales from nano to micron. The imaginable scenarios are: solid particles on solid or liquid surfaces in gaseous ambients, liquid droplets on solid surfaces in gaseous ambients or a second liquid phase, gas bubbles on solid surfaces in a liquid phase or on liquid in a second liquid phase. A wide range of papers are invited: measurement of properties, studies of fundamental mechanisms, Industrial processes and product development.
