Developments in Particle Technology in Middle East and Africa in past 10 Years

This paper will review the most important research efforts in the Middle East and Africa conducted in the past 10 years in powder technology. The review will cover the following topics: particle characterization, particle formation processes, granular systems and bulk solids handling, fluidization and fluid-particle systems and nano-particle technology. The review will concentrate on the most important developments that contributed significantly to the scientific and engineering achievements.
