Description:
This session welcomes abstracts pertaining to the application of mathematical modeling, mathematical analysis, numerical methods, and/or scientific computing to biological and/or biomedical systems. Topics of interest include modeling, simulation, control, data analysis, uncertainty quantification, networked systems, distributed parameter systems, etc. Contributions that identify unique numerical problems that arise in biological and biomedical systems and address them with novel approaches are encouraged.
