This session will focus on the genetic and omic tool development for pathway engineering. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: genetically-encoded biosensors, optogenetic control, genome-editing, dynamic pathway control, automatic strain engineering and machine learning that accelerate the design-build-test-learn cycle of pathway engineering.
