This session focuses on the development of antibodies, enzymes, and other proteins with therapeutic applications. Topics include novel therapeutic modalities and new methods for target identification, directed evolution, and rational design. Research foci include proof-of-concept studies and cell-based assays of protein therapeutics for treating cancer, bacterial infections, and metabolic disorders.
