Description:
Come to participate in an interactive panel session in which professors serving as principal investigators (PIs) share their tips on how to best manage other engineers (students, postdocs, industry partners, academic researchers and other professors) during the execution of research funded by grants. This session is for you if interested in learning how to assemble diverse teams, how to lead other engineers, how to develop then and how to motivate them to work pursue objectives specified in the grant. Panelists will discuss their experiences and illustrate with some real-life examples including grants across various institutions and industries.
