We have assembled a selective group of Chemical Engineering Department Heads in a panel to share their experiences managing their departments. From undergraduate students, to graduate students, to postdocs, to young faculty to established professors, to industry partners, Department Heads “see it all”. They learn quickly the soft side of chemical engineering, that is, the people side. Come and learn how they lead other engineers within their department, how they set up goals, how they inspire and motivate them to work together and better their departments. Panelists will discuss their experiences and will answer questions the audience will have.
