Description:
This session focuses on innovations in photochemical reactor design, implementation of photochemical and visible-light photoredox reactions in flow reactors, exploration of fundamental principles of light as they relate to photochemical reaction engineering, and developments in new photocatalytic materials and light sources. This session will also discuss reaction modeling techniques based on empirical data or first principles, as well as the use of chemical actinometry for improved reactor design.
