Description:
This session focuses on cutting-edge research and applications for distillation processes. Areas of interested include process intensification; thermal coupling; reactive systems; multiple-phase systems; divided wall columns; advanced techniques for troubleshooting, design, and equipment application; and scale-up from laboratory to industrial conditions. Integration with other areas including 3D printing for custom equipment fabrication, IoT, single-use equipment, dynamic processes, and other advanced applications are sought. Contributions from academics, researchers, industry, vendor, government agencies and others are encouraged.
