(Invited Talk) Development of Lateral Flow Tests for Sars-Cov-2 Antibody and Antigen Detection

As SARS-CoV-2 began to spread across the United States, it became clear that rapid and reliable tests for antigen and antibody were needed. The mission at NOWDiagnostics is to develop simple, accurate, and easy to administer diagnostic tests that yield results in minutes. In response to the pandemic, we quickly shifted focus to the development of antibody serology tests, antibody saliva tests, and antigen saliva tests using the existing AdexusDx platform. Here I will discuss some of the obstacles we faced, as well as the successes.
