Use of predictive technologies and in silico modeling can significantly enhance speed, efficiency and effectiveness of drug product and process design. This presentation will discuss several case studies, in which multidisciplinary sciences and engineering principles, coupled with high power computing, are used to guide formulation development, manufacturability assessment, and drug substance solid form risk assessment.
