In this session we would like to discuss “High Performance Teams - How to best Create and Maintain them!” The topics shall be of interest to a wide range in the audience e.g. from less experienced managers to experts who will share their experience and show effective practices from other organizations. In addition it will assist young students on their way into industry to get a feeling of what they might expect. It is envisioned to discuss effective organizations, hiring practice, company cultures, how to motivate and retain good people, in short: the whole value proposition of highly successful organizations. In order to get the most out of this session good and bad examples shall be discussed.
