Gasification is a process that converts organic fuels or fossil fuels (carbonaceous materials) into synthetic gas. It is referred as a producer gas from agricultural waste using gasifier. Biomass can be obtained from living organisms like wood, waste materials and agricultural waste were to be gasified and convert into synthetic gas by gasification process. The results and experiments of solid waste by gasifier is operating based on stoichiometric calculations referred as three different types of agricultural waste like cotton crop waste, tree barks and tree leafs. The material with higher content of the moisture was tree barks waste that was noted as 13.3% whereas cotton crop waste had 12.23% of moisture content and tree leafs waste had 12.81% moisture content. The study showed that cotton crop waste had almost same production of synthetic gas as of tree barks but the productivity was achieved higher in tree barks which had greater quantity of fixed carbon which was noted as 14.13%. The tree leafs also had higher amount of fixed carbon was noted as 12.85% but the ash content in tree leaf was noted as 18.92 %. The composition of synthetic gas from cotton crop waste was 27.52% CO and 32.17% H2. The composition of synthetic gas from Tree barks was 28.72% CO and 31.88% H2. The composition of synthetic gas from tree leafs were 26.07% CO and 28.12% H2. As examined the increasing fuel’s demand and consumption in a wide country to complete and fulfill the requirement of fuel and energy to achieve the desired targets and goals in Pakistan through the production of alternative fuels with inexpensive way. An innovative process of synthetic gas from solid waste and agricultural biomass is gasification process to generate SYN gas that can be used as replace of natural gas, LPG, power generation and also used for the production of DME (dimethyl ether) to run the mechanical vehicles in the great performance where compared to other fuel resources.
