Everyone would like to claim, that the organization they lead or are a part of, is a high performance organization. In reality, not too many are. Creating and nurturing a high performance organization starts with the hiring process. But hiring is only the first step. Once staffed, the organization has to walk the talk and deliver to the employees what was promised. If leaders do not deliver on their promises, good candidates are rapidly lost. In this session we would like to discuss key elements for sustainable success: forming organizations with happy, motivated, energized and contributing collaborators.
