676 Advances in Metabolic Engineering and Bioinformatics for Biofuels II: Next-Generation Method Development

Thursday, November 12, 2015: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
150D/E (Salt Palace Convention Center)

Description:
This session will include presentations describing experimental and computational innovations that improve and accelerate the design-build-test cycle of cell factories for biofuel production. The methods could include next-generation metabolic engineering, high-throughput technology, bioinformatics, and systems biology tools. The engineering targets could include biochemical pathways, host metabolism, non-model organisms, and microbial consortia.
