This session provides the participant with an excellent overview of the applied fundamentals of project management. The session will be especially helpful for Young Professionals and for upper-level students so to be Young Professionals, as these people have a very high probability of becoming project managers and project team members very early in their careers. The session will also contain information that experienced project managers will wish that they had known years ago, in order to achieve project success.
