158 Nanoelectronic and Photonic Materials

Monday, November 9, 2015: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
251D (Salt Palace Convention Center)

Description:
Nanoelectronic materials, particularly nanocrystals and nanowires, realize unique functionality by engineering the dimensionality of electronic materials. This session seeks submissions pertaining to the synthesis, fabrication, characterization and application of nanoelectronic materials. Experimental, theoretical and computational papers on all aspects of nanoelectronic materials are welcome.
