Many successful entrepreneurs evolve into the investment and support side of the business.  Developing the street smarts from having been in the middle of rising to the challenges of getting something started becomes some of the best experiential training possible.  The discussion and presentation of the how to do it sets the stage for going out and developing the skills to then learn from mistakes and enjoy the adventure that ensues.

One of the greatest gifts a successful entrepreneur can give is the guidance and sharing of their knowledge to those who follow with the same passion and ambition.  It is hard work.  There are many details that have to be worked to understand.  Tell me how to fish and I hear, show me how to fish and I see, let me fish and I then understand.  The successful entrepreneur leverages their success as the guidance to others is given and the energy that they create is rewarded a hundred fold in the positive impact that the effort makes on many lives.
