A quick chemical engineering approach to the making of the morning latte.  Size classification for the beans, extraction of the essence from a packed bed, the making of a foam and the final mix for the perfect morning drink to start a powder day.  To give the snowboarding crowd its due with the morning energy drink up and coming tradition, we will quickly review the ingredients that make them great.
