The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is one of the most fundamental and important documents in project management.  Yet, strangely, many project managers either do not know about them, skip them, incorrectly construct them, or incorrectly use them.  This presentation will teach the fundamentals of how to build and use a WBS for effective project management.
