Monday, November 17, 2014: 12:30 PM
206 (Hilton Atlanta)
Description:
This session intends to cover the state-of-the-art in mammalian, plant, algal and insect cell culture toward the production of biofuels, pharmaceuticals, vaccines and high-value secondary metabolites. Topics for this session focus on experimental methods which include, but are not limited to, cell line development and engineering, genomics, metabolomics and proteomics analysis, high throughput cell culture screening systems, and development of scale-down bioprocess models.
