641 Model Based Integrated Design of Pharmaceutical Drug Substance and Drug Product and Processes

This session focuses on work in which a mathematical modeling approach is taken for a combined pharmaceutical drug substance synthesis and drug product process with emphasis on impact on drug product performance and CQAs. The integrated modeling approach can be used for process understanding, design and/or optimization. Authors from both drug substance and drug product sides of the business are encouraged to submit an abstract.
