390612 Experimental Determination of Densities of the Thiophene + Heptane and Thiophene + Nonane Mixtures up to 353 K and 20 Mpa

In this work, experimental densities of two binary mixtures: thiophene (1) + heptane (2) and thiophene (1) + nonane (3) in the range of 313 to 353 K and up to 20 MPa are reported. For thiophene + heptane mixture, densities were measured at five different compositions, x1 = 0.0966, 0.2706, 0.5098, 0.7546, 0.9313. While for the  of thiophene + nonane mixture, the compositions were, x1 = 0.0403, 0.2478, 0.4471, 0.7080, 0.9416. The measurement system was based on a vibrating tube densimeter with a system of data acquisition. The densities of nitrogen and water were taken as calibration fluids for the vibrating tube densimeter (VTD).
