Graphene, a novel 2-D material, has exhibited many fantastic physical and chemical properties; AgNWs has excellent conductive properties, so both of them give rise to the great performance of transparent conductive grapheme films. we introduce a new way, which is that the GO/AgNWs solution drops on the liquid surface, dispersed evenly, slowly lower level until GO/AgNWs deposited on the substrate, then reduced by hydrazine hydrate , hydroiodic acid ,or high temperature .The films via liquid phase deposition were exhibited high conductive and good transparent. We can also easily prepared high quality grapheme films which has different sizes by the method. It is extremely attractive to industrial production, can greatly accelerate the process of industrialization of grapheme as well.
