Interparticle percolation is one of the most widespread segregation mechanisms in granular flows. In this presentation, percolation segregation flux data are presented from discrete element method (DEM) simulations of a shear cell containing a bidisperse size distribution of cohesionless, spherical particles.   A full factorial study is performed in which the size ratio, normal stress, strain rate, and feed rate are varied.  Correlations for the data are also presented so that percolation flux information may be used as a sub-scale model within continuum or other higher level models of granular flow.
